Michigan State University & CATA created a partnership to provide free rides on campus for MSU students. A side effect of this partnership was a surplus in ridership. More students + same number of buses = angry phone calls from parents to MSU & CATA because of capacity limitations. This campaign was an attempt at using humor to help parents understand that the students need to learn how to ride the bus.
